We specialize in problematic materials and solving materials handling challenges. We design and fabricate custom screw conveyors, screw feeders, heating & cooling screws, and pressure vessels. We also make custom drag conveyors, bucket elevators and belt conveyors.

How long has Thomas & Muller Systems been in business, and what does this experience bring to their work?

In 1945, Thomas Folger Thomas I started our business in the Quaker heartland of Philadelphia. His son Tom, took the reigns in the 1990’s and moved the business to Quakertown. In 2014, he passed ownership to his son Frazier, who still oversees operations today. With Frazier Jr. currently serving as apprentice, T&M looks forward to achieving the rare status of four patrilineal generations of family operations. Screws run in our blood. We are proud to stand as the only in the industry fully devoted to the oldest form of human education: master and apprentice.

Besides designing and fabricating new custom equipment and systems, Thomas & Muller also works with customers to test their materials and conveyors. We offer our decades of experience as engineering consultants- helping to improve existing systems, including correcting, changing, or modifying existing equipment to improve service life. Additionally, we offer repair services for damaged and worn equipment when economically viable.
